First let me say that I have never written a review on a company, but the service that I have received from Coolray warrants one! First the sales person tried to take my carrier cash rebate, by saying that the rebate was already in the price he quoted me. When he came out he gave me sheet that shows the air-condition and furnace together he wrote in the total price, but did not write in the rebate which there was spot on the sheet for it, and when asked about it salesman lied and said it was included in the total price.
