The young man who came out was very polite and helpful. And he did waive the callout charge when I complained about the cost of the thermostat which he removed. I know that home repair costs have gone through the roof but to aim to charge $169 on top of $89 callout fee to install a non programmable thermostat which costs less than $40 and took five minutes to install is simply a complete ripoff.
