Jason Luna is the owner and he is a rude guy. Insulted me over the phone when I called. Called me broke and cheap because I bought a 12 month hvac maintenance package from them which they offered back in April 2016. It covered 2 visits per year. He came in once and won't schedule a 2nd visit and wants to up-charge extra to come out even though I already paid for. Dishonest is the word I would describe this company. After last conversation, I would not call them if it was free.
This past labor day weekend our A/C died -- we had a service agreement with a national service but even after paying the after hours fee they were unable to send a technician for two days... Cool Moon not only showed up on the third day exactly when they promised but completed repairs the other guys said would take over a week. They were prompt, knowledgeable and able to complete the work as promised... over a holiday weekend. There is no need to call anyone else - if you need A/C work call Cool Moon first!!!!!
We recently bought out house, and we knew the A/C needed work, from the home inspection. These guys cleaned the coils, tuned it up, blew out the ductwork, checked it all out, etc., were on time, professional, courteous, and we plan to use them for our routine checkups and maintenance.
These guys are the best. My pool heater broke down 2 days before my kids pool party. These guys came right over, fixed the machine quickly, and my party was saved. Great service, great prices. I recommend CoolMoon to everyone.
