I was needing service for my parents house which is on the market and I am out of state. The service was outstanding and that is so rare these days. They even helped me with other information I needed for other services. I highly recommend! I feel like everyone, from the ladies I spoke to on the phone and the technician went above and beyond to help me and it is truly appreciated. Thank you for excellent service.

JOSH installed my new AC but he said since my thermostat was working he would replace it later if it went out. Mistake! Now I can’t get the unit or thermostat to work. Josh no longer works for the company so they no longer service this area. All I got was a referral to another company. I’m very disappointed in Cool Max! Joyce Kennington

After reading through reviews and seeing one singular recent dissatisfied individual, i decided to go with CoolMax and it has been a pleasure. They were even willing to come back out for what ended up being user error on my part... read more

I highly recommended Coolmax for any HVAC needs. I recently had them install a new unit, ductwork, and vents, and the entire experience was flawless. Josh Ussery and his team were a total pleasure to work with from start to finish. The process—from receiving a quote on the best equipment options to the final installation—was completely seamless. I fully intend to use them for all my future servicing and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Great job by Josh and the crew. Very thorough and prompt in completing work at our office. A+ service.
