I recently had some work done on the heating element and the relays inside my furnace, originally i was content with the outcome, however that following night the thermostat was set to 80 and no heat was coming out. Only air... luckily i had portable heaters to tide me over. That following day i called them back and after addressing my obvious concerns, they basically hung up on me.
