Who comes to your house when their suppliers let them down after driving hours to get a part to fix your problem and stays for hours until it is complete? Thank you for going above and beyond! I had not lived here very long and had a follow up with Coolmax scheduled, but then late one afternoon my ac unit started leaking. I called at 4:30 and that evening sent 2 technicians out. I was surprised and relieved. They worked until 8:30 that night. Not only fixed the distressed unit, but also checked the second unit, changed filters and good to go by the end of the evening. I was relieved and commend their spring to action and resolution. Highly recommend and they have a customer for life. 🤗👏🏻
