I highly recommended Coolmax for any HVAC needs. I recently had them install a new unit, ductwork, and vents, and the entire experience was flawless. Josh Ussery and his team were a total pleasure to work with from start to finish. The process—from receiving a quote on the best equipment options to the final installation—was completely seamless. I fully intend to use them for all my future servicing and will be recommending them to everyone I know.

I recently had some work done on the heating element and the relays inside my furnace, originally i was content with the outcome, however that following night the thermostat was set to 80 and no heat was coming out. Only air... luckily i had portable heaters to tide me over. That following day i called them back and after addressing my obvious concerns, they basically hung up on me.
