Absolutely horrible manners and unsafe. They were called to my 70 year old mothers home and a tech Ray walked through the backyard and without knocking or announcing himself walked in the back door, not the front, the back door and started walking around the home never announcing himself or asking permission to enter. This gave my mother an acute anxiety attack as the owner Jimmy King had already arrived and made no mention of a second person coming let alone telling her he was going to just walk in.
