Replaced my boiler in one day (planned several weeks out in off-season) as expected so that was good. The Navien combi-boiler has been running as expected. Points off for: Head plumber was kind of grumpy Some plumbing is crooked and looks like it was rushed (from what I overheard in the next room over: it was) The office guy / salesman didn't get back to me on some other items around the house as he said he would during his mid-install site visit.
