It seems we were over-charged. We have a rental home with four circular ceiling vents that were damaged. SPS referred us to Cooling and Heating Unlimited to make the repair. Long story short. I was blown away when I received the bill for almost $700. We were charge 4.75 hours to repair four ceiling vents.
