I went in needing a part for an old electric furnace. They didn't have it in stock but said they would try to get me one ASAP. Received a call the next day, got the part, now i have heat. Great service. Thanks a bunch.
Purchased a nice Harman pellet stove from Cooling and Heating last year. Finally received it and had multiple issues getting the stove up and running. Called Phil and he came out today and was able to troubleshoot the stove and get us operational. The issue was an installation issue and not a stove issue. We are incredibly satisfied with his efforts and the results he was able to get for us.
I had a tough warranty issue with my new heat pump. Jesse listened carefully then went to bat for us and pointed in the right direction. He connected us to a great installer and got it all resolved. Can't thank you enough!
I went to CHS thinking my AC fan motor seized up, but Steven suggested I bring in the capacitor to be tested. Lo and behold my capacitor was bad!!! They didn't try to sell the more expensive motor until I really needed it. Thank goodness for honest and hard working people still out there... save over $100 buckaroo!!!
