Knowledgeable and professional. Listens, encourages, and provides helpful tools for managing mental health. I have seen her on and off through the years and she is consistently authentic and creates a healthy and safe space.
I have been working with Jennifer for a few months now and it has been a great experience. I am a therapist myself and have seen other therapists that were not a good fit. Jennifer has been able to help me with fertility struggles, LGBTQIA+ issues, and processing childhood trauma. Would definitely recommend working with Jennifer. The paperwork, payment, and online sessions have been seamless.
Horrible experience. I missed the paperwork and then had a horrible time downloading the program. I finally called only to receive the explanation of why I couldn't be seen because of the paperwork. I advised this would not be a good fit and was told "I'm sorry that the paperwork is not a good fit" .... seriously, woman. The woman on the phone is not a good fit. I'm seeking help during trauma and need reminders, she could have been more understanding. Will never return and will not recommend.
Unprofessional and blames clients for their trauma when it’s not their fault.
