I really wanted to have a better experience, especially with a family-owned company. My AC is from 2022, and I called because my coils are leaking. The technician came out on a Sunday and was very nice and did his best to explain what he thought was wrong, so I have no complaints about him. However, I explained that my coils were replaced in October 2025 by another company and professionally cleaned in May 2026, so I did not want to replace them again.
