I cannot rave about Ken and his crew enough. From the moment I initially called him for a quote to moment they finished the work everything was done promptly and courteously. We had our ductwork replaced alongside a new unit and Ken gave a more than fair price. Interacting with every member of his business was an absolute pleasure and I recommend his work to anyone looking. Im so excited to have an HVAC company I can trust.

Couldn’t recommend a better company for a/c needs. I called the office at 6pm on a Friday night and Victoria got Richie out here within an hour. He was very personable and polite. Described and actually showed me what the issue was. Give a great family business a try and you won’t be disappointed!

Coolhouse Heating and Air has been great to work with. They were the only company willing to give me an estimate for installing a new central air system. Richie and Ken took great care of me. My condenser unit wasn’t working, Richie came out and diagnosed the issue and fixed it on the spot. He also looked over the rest of the system to make sure everything was working properly. Honest people, fair rates and quality service. Highly recommend!
