My furnace stopped working all of sudden after a loud sound and smoke. Called and they helped troubleshoot before comming out on a weekend. Came out and provided exceptional service and information so i could make informed decison for next steps. We discussed options and grants which will take time to put in place. He offered heaters to warm up house and keep family warm for the season. That to me is excellent service & generous company. Thank you
My furnace stopped working all of sudden. I called & spoke with Ray who gave me some avenues to try over the phone before coming out to check it. Turned out it was my thermostat & not the furnace & I was able to get it working without Ray coming out. That to me is excellent service & such an admirable thing to do. Thank you Ray!
