I wish I could give 100 stars!! I can’t say enough about the incredible service we received from CoolHeat Comfort Systems (Ray Richer, Brittany, and his Team). Nothing worse than finding your boiler spilling water, no heat, and no hot water. They quickly assessed the situation and even lent us five electric heaters so we wouldn’t be left in the cold. We recently had CoolHeat complete a full heating and cooling installation at our home, including ductwork, a heat pump, propane furnace, tankless propane water heater, some plumbing work, and removal of an old woodstove. The team did a good job overall, and the system has performed fabulously all summer. We’re just now switching over to heat, so we’ll see how the furnace does through the winter, but so far everything looks very promising.
