I had the same good experience of eating a great wrap, but I'm hoping the controlled chaos behind the counter today was an anomaly. Maybe one or more people were out, i.e., sick, on vacation? First they ran out of field greens—a short wait. Next no one was manning the register so the lineup of folks waiting to pay and go sit down was lengthening.
