Was priced a job, given a speech about reliability, and can't even get put on the schedule, and it's been weeks. The lady that answers the phone is not helpful, whatsoever. What happened to reliability?!
Yes I accidentally sent the review in the wrong place. I found it, I never do this but these guys left such a impression on us, they deserve a salute and response. The guys at Cooley's are really awesome. They worked here before and I've seen them in other places. I couldn't help but realize that they did a great and fast job. Huge thanks to Laydon Trotter and Brandon Cooley! Our A/C went out late Saturday afternoon, and they had us back up and running by Sunday afternoon. I know we were just one of many they were helping that day, and I truly appreciate their quick response and hard work
