Huge shoutout to Cooley’s Heating & Air! After a large company canceled on us, I reached out locally and found Cooley’s in Salem. Not only are they closer, but their rates are much more reasonable. Renee in the office was amazing—she squeezed us onto the schedule for today even though I called Friday just minutes before closing. Our tech, Michael, showed up early and made quick work of a tricky electrical issue in our old farmhouse. Busicks came out and found 3 holes in our line, after Cooleys said it was our blower motor which they replaced, and filled our a/c with freon multiple times. (Cooleys was at my house a total of 3 times while my house still sat at 83 degrees) Never checked for a leak but said it was our ducts that are actually blowing at 98% waste of money and time. Highly recommend going to Busicks instead if you want the actual problem fixed.
Had 40y/o furnace repaired and then eventually replaced with whole new HVAC system. Also had some bathroom plumbing fixed. Great company and everyone from the owners, to office staff, to the technicians were very friendly and professional. Work was completed quickly with no issues! I highly recommend Cooley's!
I am not happy with this company and this is the reason why , the plumber named D.J. came into my home to work on one of the drains in the bathroom of my home and he left 2 bad scuffs on it. I have contacted this company numerous times for them to make it right, even sent pictures their way, and they never would return my phone calls , so i decided to go in there, spoke with Renee , I guess she is one of the owners here, anyway she told me that they are not going to be fix the issue, they are not going to be making it right.... read more
Called at the end of the work day with a serious plumbing issue with the sewer system at my place of business and they responded immediately, no questions asked! Friendly and efficient, ended the service call quickly and provided recommendations on how to avoid further issues in the future. Wonderful group to work with! #GRATEFUL
