Were the waiting room chairs comfortable while waiting for your pet? Not really Would you recommend this provider to others? Absolutely Not Would you recommend this animal hospital to others? Absolutely Not Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom? No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine

Love the personal attention my furry friends get there. The wait time is short and the service is excellent.

Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called

Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry Does this provider treat their staff well? No, the staff was very mistreated Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet? Yes, they always demonstrate care and compassion

I thought their pricing was very fair. I wish I could say "I've been to other places that charge an arm & a leg" but I haven't. I heard from a co-worker that she took her pet to Cooley Veternary Hospital in Rockingham, NC so I tried them when I brought my ShihTzu home for the first time in 2006...he's never seen another vet since then!!! Are you going to visit this provider again? If I need to, I'll return Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was this veterinarian friendly to your pet? Sort of, not overly friendly however Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes
