Dr. Cutler and staff provide the highest standard of care. Every part of my visits has been warm and friendly and professional. They’ve truly exceeded my expectations in every way. 10/10 would (and do) recommend to all.
Twice they tried charging my insurance for work not done. Twice.
Always waiting for longer than 30 minutes in the room for cleaning. I take off work or take a lunch break and expect to be seen in an appropriate timeframe.
Was there FOREVER for a new patient appointment. About 3 hours wasn't expecting the long appointment, dental hygenist was wayyyy to rough with cleaning. Won't return for future dental work and cleaning. Actual dentist was nice and thorough. Clean office. Nice front desk.
