VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER I hired ****** ****** from Pine Bluff, AR to do my driveway. His son comes out and makes the bids and tells you what a great job they would do. It is all lies. Said they would use highway grade blacktop but only use the cheaper stuff. I had a big driveway so it was a very expensive job. They only brought 2 loads of base rock to put under the blacktop so it was real thin plus they didn't have enough to cover it all so they just didn't put any base coat at all on it. Cooley's paving did our driveway with asphalt milling. We had some problem spots we have had problems with gravel for many years. Cooley's came back twice after the initial job to take care of our problem spots. They told me to let them know if the problem spots reappear. The owners and workers are very nice people.
