I have been a Patient Aids customer for a long time. Dee Dee did a superb job explaining the features of my new cpap machine and everything is going well. They are always there to help with any concerns.
To be perfectly honest the rehab hospital ordered the walker and bedside toilet for me I had no input for the selected vendor.
Dee Dee assisted me with orientation to use of a cpap machine. Her descriptions of the machine's operation and functionality and how to use the mask was clear and helpful. She answered all my questions. Very helpful!
