Great experience and very helpful!!!
I visited Patient Aids to update my CPAP machine. She was very knowledgeable and showed me every feature on the machine as if I never wore one. My only complaint is regarding size testing my nasal pillows. She brought in a medium but said she thought I looked like a small. Because she didn't bring one in, I tried on the medium.
