I haven't had a worse experience with a legal team than the one I had with Cooley. The representation was subpar at best for the premium fees. The attorneys on our account had a mindset of combativeness rather than partnership when it came to resolving issues that arose. They are incredibly focused on the money versus service. Tread carefully.
I needed an urgent counseling in area that is supposedly of their expertise. I talked to an agent, filled an application and they gave me contact info of an attorney to help me. I contacted the attorney and did a follow up, never received any callback. Only after my deadline was over, a Cooley agent got back to me by email, informing me that they will NOT take my case! If one thing, you need reliability from a law firm, which Cooley lacks big time! Very unprofessional...
