They don't keep their patients for along time, They told me I am not entitled to long range services because I am not home bound. But Medicare defines home bound as if you are using a walker and have no way to get around accept using a van that services the disabled they are considered home bound This is who I am. Cooley Dickenson VNA & Hospice is AMAZING! In the fall of 2022 Cooley Dickenson VNA & Hospice provided services to my 91-year old mother in her home in Amherst. They were so helpful in giving her the care that she needed. Her health improved and she no longer needed their services (for a few months). In April 2023 it became evident that she, again, needed additional attention.
