Felt rushed.....
Came to the urgent care for a finger injury. Granted I fell 3 months ago and dislocated it then. Received medical treatment. In the past week it was reinjured it is now swollen and disfigured and throbs almost 24 hrs daily. When I wanted to check in and explained the injury I was turned away with ‘there isn’t anything we can do for you except refer you to orthopedics. We can’t help you with the pain’. Being a nurse (retired now) of 50 years I find this response completely unacceptable.
LOVELY PLACE WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND USUALLY WE DO NOT ENJOY VISITING THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE BUT OUR PIZZERIA HAS BEEN HERE TWICE AND BOTH TIMES WERE EXCELLENT.
Do not waste your time coming here. If they prescribe you anything even if your insurance covers the visit it will not cover the medication. Go to a primary care physician instead and get the actual medication you need that will help and not some ghetto brand of something that hasnt worked in the past for 80$ only to have to go back and insist you get the medicine that HAS worked before.
Kalab was fantastic! I recently came in for a cat bite from my job as a vet nurse, and Kalab made me feel safe, seen, and heard. The appointment was quick, and thorough. I had to be rabies boostered, and its a fairly painful vaccination, it hurts every time, but Kalab made it quick and painless and even distracted me through it.
