I went in because my ankle was hurting so much I could barely walk I went to noho because Amherst doesn't do X-ray. What did they do? Send me over to the ED waiting room and did that with every other patient who went to the urgent care you could tell because they'd wheel you out in these weird wheel chairs and bring you threw the ED to get to the waiting room Now I know a ED is busy but I was there from 3 pm until 9 pm it's crazy now they have a new set up where they will call you for blood, then for ultrasound )if you need ... read more
Always takes hours to get seen because they only ever have one doctor on staff.
The nurses and doctors are so nice! We went in at 10:30 and left by before 11. 10/10 care!
Felt rushed.....
