I had a poor experience. I didn't like my physical therapist at all, I did not feel comfortable and after a couple months there was no improvement in my condition.
I called this practice on Tuesday 12/9 and was told that the scheduler was busy helping a patient? I was told she would call me back the next day, Wednesday, now it’s Tuesday, nearly one week after my phone call and no one has returned my call. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Cooley Dickinson is subpar.
I have been going here for the past month or so and the people here are amazing. The women at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Very responsive with calls back as well. I've been helped by Anna, Liz, and Ward. All Physical Therapists who are kind, helpful, charismatic and who push people to strive for excellence. Keep up the good work!
I have had a very good experience at this facility. My PT Rachel has helped me a lot. The front desk staff is very friendly.
I don't have a personal experience with the Cooley Dickinson Rehabilitation Services, but I have been witness to how the center operates. The intake staff are always kind and quick to respond as people come in the door. Inside the offices... Shannon has been the OT I have observed over several weeks.
