I work as a Health Assistant at a local boarding school and regularly bring students to this clinic. Be prepared to wait many hours for the walk in clinic. Much better to get a referral and appointment ahead of time. The receptionists at the front desk seem actively annoyed by walk ins.

I fell and broke two fingers and bones in my wrist and hand. After Xray and getting wrapped in temporary brace at Cooley Dickinson ER they told me to go through to this walk in clinic the next day to get another xray and a cast. But after reading all the bad reviews I went to New England orthopedic in Springfield instead. That was a waste of time because they wouldn’t take me since I’d gone first to an ER.
