I fell and broke two fingers and bones in my wrist and hand. After Xray and getting wrapped in temporary brace at Cooley Dickinson ER they told me to go through to this walk in clinic the next day to get another xray and a cast. But after reading all the bad reviews I went to New England orthopedic in Springfield instead. That was a waste of time because they wouldn’t take me since I’d gone first to an ER. I have been suffering from a hip injury that has grown progressively more painful over the past month. The website for the CDH Orthopedic Injury Clinic states No Appointment Necessary in at least two places, one place in bold letters. Nowhere on their website does it say the injury had to occur within a particular time frame. Because my injury was about a month old, growing progressively worse during that period, the receptionist said she didn’t consider my injury “urgent” and did not qualify for their care.
