Dr. Williams was great at my appointment. She asked a lot of questions about my symptoms and genuinely seemed to care about finding a diagnosis.
Staff was very friendly and helpful with a strange situation. Appreciated them being flexible to help me out.
Played phone tag with their office for three weeks to be finally told they refuse to see me because they don’t see a huge list of different rheumatological issues or ANYONE that has back pain… HOW?? You’re literally a rheumatologist???? Back pain comes with so many of the things you should be able to diagnose??? The girl I spoke with was very just “sorry can’t help you” in her attitude like I was wasting her time trying to get answers
Awful! Mike answered the phone, very clearly did not want to be bothered, it took me about 6 weeks, 3 phone calls and then my actual primary care office had to call to finally get them to act on the referral they “never received.” I got in at Brigham in June, CD rheumatology…9/17/25, 7 months compared to 2 months. And when I called, I felt like the receptionist cared that I’m living everyday of my life in pain. Much rather make the trip to Boston and know I’m getting my moneys worth!
Was a patient for 3 years. First year was great. After that my appointments were every 3 to 6 months and would always last 15 to 20 minutes because it was rushed through by Nowak. Reception is horrible you cant get ahold of anyone and when I reached out through the online portal about getting blood work labs ordered it took 4 business days to hear back. I have finally gave up and my primary care will be handling my Rheumatology needs going forward.
