I have been an inpatient in the psych ward for a week or so. Most nurses are nice, my:doc (dexter) is not. Refuses to treat my pain because it makes me sleepy. Since sleep issues and inability to eat are my main problems , i require E nsure for nutrition as the food is awful. I am supposed to get 2 Ensures at mealtime and am lucky to get 1. I never drink coffee but get that without fail. I am treated like a pain in the ass when I require a second Ensure. I had a wonderful practitioner when I first started coming here in 2019. When she left the practice in 2021, I was assigned to see a new practitioner, who I met with once before they also quit. I was then assigned to be a “new patient” all the way in Belchertown. I had to wait nearly six months to be seen as a new patient, which meant of course I fell behind on all my current care plans and medication. I’m not usually a person to make reviews online. The staff was extremely unhelpful and truly disappointing. I had been looking around for a practice taking new patients for months now, and will officially be out of my medication in a few days. I came to my appointment today and they said “we actually cancelled your appointment and called you September 15th but couldn’t leave a voicemail.” And then had no other available appointments for the rest of the year.
