The staff assumed I was only going there to get a second opinion, twice. They say they are unwilling to offer second opinions. Where the heck did they get this idea from? Are they allowed to make assumptions? Why would a doctor refuse to give a second opinion? They rescheduled my appointments without contacting me, twice.
