They offered me an appointment 13 months out, in other words, 1 year and 1 month from now. 100% unethical and understaffed. Someone at the top is making big money by exploiting/mistreating the rest of us.
The staff assumed I was only going there to get a second opinion, twice. They say they are unwilling to offer second opinions. Where the heck did they get this idea from? Are they allowed to make assumptions? Why would a doctor refuse to give a second opinion? They rescheduled my appointments without contacting me, twice. I moved 2-3 hrs away from my current medical team. A neurologist was a part of my team, so I changed all of my medical team to Cooley Dickinson, which is 1 hr away.
