Staff are really sloppy with follow thru. Have asked 2x for info to set up a portal in October 2023 still waiting . CVS And myself have called for med refills since Dec8, 2023 and no response
I really liked this place at the beginning but as of recent it has been downright impossible to talk with anyone on the phone to schedule/rechedule/cancel appointments, ask a medical question, ask for prescriptions...just about ANYTHING! I don't understand why there is no one at the reception desk answering calls. Why does everything go straight to voice-mail no matter what extension I press? And why is no one calling back once a voice message is kept? I am extremely frustrated with the constant neglect of patients from clin... read more
Can't share much except no one returns phone calls, no one answers phone. I'm new and can't get any info! Very disappointed in the service. I need to schedule an appt - leave message! I need to discuss scripts - leave a message! What is up with that!
