The building is lovely. Getting an appointment with the doctor whose name is on your insurance card: impossible. Renewing a prescription and finding out which pharmacy the prescription is at ready for pick up? That was a real challenge also. Getting referred to other practitioners and then learning that they are no longer available in the practice? That happened a lot also. Glad to learn that BIM works for others. I'm happy to be elsewhere now.
This office’s negligence led to a life-altering medical event for my partner. The provider would not provide preventive care needed and refused to prescribe a much needed medication in enough time to provide preventive benefits. The manager, Amy, refused to help, ignored urgent pleas, constituted patient advocacy as harassment, and treated our crisis like a game. If you value your health, avoid this practice at all costs.
