This office’s negligence led to a life-altering medical event for my partner. The provider would not provide preventive care needed and refused to prescribe a much needed medication in enough time to provide preventive benefits. The manager, Amy, refused to help, ignored urgent pleas, constituted patient advocacy as harassment, and treated our crisis like a game. If you value your health, avoid this practice at all costs.
An absolute garbage office that doesn't know how to answer the phone!
I am writing this review regarding an experience with the lab on 12/31/24. I have a history of fainting during lab work, and when entering the lab that day I informed the phlebotomist of this and she kindly put a fan in front of me, got some ice, and did her best to make me comfortable. Unfortunately I did still faint. When I woke up there was a PA in the room in addition to the phlebotomist.
