they were really wonderful. they got me in quickly, triaged me, and i was taken back shortly. i was only there for about 4.5 hours (amazing), and while i’ve been continuously brushed off by doctors at other practices, they actually listened, ran tests, took my pain seriously and diagnosed a worsening kidney infection. finally on meds and getting treated thanks to them- the doctor was great and thorough and my nurse brandon was very kind and made me feel a lot better. :)
I have been here since midnight it is currently 7:25 am and I am still here waiting I have not see the doctor yet I have not been checked up on, the overnight doctor left I never saw him. And then I’m told the day doctor came in yet I have still to see him. How is this an emergency room I should’ve gone to Holyoke instead.
I waited in the ER for 10 hours from 4:00 a.m. to almost 9:00 a.m. can I Came In by ambulance for kidney failure they never even took my blood or urine and they just wheeled me out in the waiting room and I watched six other people that came in after me get their blood taken and get the help that they needed I literally had to go up to the nurse's desk for them to tell me that the doctor wanted to come out and talk to me 10 hours later when I came in for kidney failure
I dropped my friend off at the ER because of his broken/dislocated toe and they took him in within 30 min for x-rays but then proceeded to stick him back in the waiting room for over 2 hours just for no update
FIVE STARS PLUS! It is always important to shout out your heroes and tonight the emergency room staff was as patient, kind and attentive as I could ever asked for and more. Would highly recommend the emergency department for people who need to make a late night visit. TOP TIER. ✨
