A few weeks after buying a truck from Cooley Commercial the engine light came on. I brought it to the same mechanic that did the oil change while at Cooley. After a couple of attempts to resolve the issue, I called Cooley to make them aware. They quickly told me how it was now after the 30-day warranty period for a used truck. Customer service is poor. They seem to be more interested in collecting Trucks then selling. They even have banker hours!
These people were amazing! I traded in my car for a used truck and it was such an easy transaction! They were very friendly and not pushy at all. They let me take my time looking it over and answered any questions I had. I will recommended them to anyone who is looking for a truck in the area!
Nice truck's definitely.. prices a not bad considering the economy.. I need a truck to tow a 5th wheel RV and I seen a few that could.. nice people.
