Five star company! I used Cooler Tymes online contact portal and received an almost immediate call back. We explained our problem to Michael and scheduled an appointment with him that same afternoon. He was on time and immediately set about diagnosing our air conditioning issue. While he was working, he explained everything he was doing in easy terminology that even I could understand. Amazing! After my A/C started to fail in 100 degree weather, I called several places hoping to have someone come out and save the day. I don't have children but I do have 2 little dogs and I was concerned with their well being. One place said I would have to wait 3 days to have a tech come out.
