They did a great job. Worked very diligently and at a great price. Will definitely call them when my A/C next explodes
When the system needed to be replaced, I got a handful of quotes. Cooler was reasonable so he got the job. This turned into a difficult project. There was a hard to detect problem that caused Cooler to replace the outdoor unit twice (both new units). Even after that, things were still working poorly. At last, he found the line set was severely kinked. He spent a lot of time and resources to make things right. That’s integrity.
I paid around $2000 to have my AC repaired by Quincy AC. The tech came to my house a handful of times and I was told I had a “warranty” My AC stopped working as well as the new thermostat I purchased from them. After paying for them to come out again and purchased products AGAIN because the “warranty” didn’t cover them I was furious when yet again my AC broke. The crew that came out was outstanding. Very friendly and good at what they were doing. Stayed the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Best company I've ever dealt with. Very honest in there work. Please give them a try. You'll be glad you did.
Nathan did an outstanding job. Where my unit is located is VERY hard to work on and ridiculously hot (almost 125 degrees F). He did not complain, he did not throw a fit, he went up and got after it. Had it fixed in the time quoted, and it was a great price. I will be using Cooler from now on for all of my AC work and installs.
