Our a/c stopped working late one evening and our house was 93 degrees when we arrived home. I called expecting to leave a message for a return call the next morning but was surprised when they actually answered the phone! When the system needed to be replaced, I got a handful of quotes. Cooler was reasonable so he got the job. This turned into a difficult project. There was a hard to detect problem that caused Cooler to replace the outdoor unit twice (both new units). Even after that, things were still working poorly. At last, he found the line set was severely kinked. He spent a lot of time and resources to make things right. That’s integrity.
