Our a/c stopped working late one evening and our house was 93 degrees when we arrived home. I called expecting to leave a message for a return call the next morning but was surprised when they actually answered the phone! A technician was at our door first thing the next morning and our unit was repaired quickly. Cooler Air Conditioning is top notch!
Tech was amazing. He diagnosed subtle problems that other AC companies missed (air leaks, insufficient return air). He also took the time to explain how we can get the best performance out of our system.
I paid around $2000 to have my AC repaired by Quincy AC. The tech came to my house a handful of times and I was told I had a “warranty” My AC stopped working as well as the new thermostat I purchased from them. After paying for them to come out again and purchased products AGAIN because the “warranty” didn’t cover them I was furious when yet again my AC broke.
