Unethical and incompetent. We needed a replacement AC unit installed in the ceiling. Cool Zone was one of the three companies we called for quotes. They assured us they could handle the job and had a competitive price. Immediately after the installation there were repeated problems. Banging rattling noises from the new unit, constant shut offs, couldn’t get the thermostat to work.
