If you are a person of color I would not recommend using them!!! We have a contract through American Home Shield and had no clue why they were not going to service our address. They have been here once and I almost think they are the ones who tried to bill us for something outside of the deductible we pay American Home Shield after a service call. One season of use the blower cage was rubbing on the housing and one rim broke and and went out of balance 500.00 dollars plus tx. not good i won't buy another cool works that's for sure my old unit lasted 15 years funny how it always seems to break just after the warranty is over made an email to the company with no response at all wow winner cool works !!!!!
