Drew and all his staff are all very courtesy and professional. They are knowledgable about all aspects of installing and caring for inground pools! I had to have a new liner reinstalled due to a prior company doing faulty work. I also had the wrought iron pole fall into the pool after the new liner and Christian was very brave to drive into freezing cold water and retrieve it without any damage to the new liner! We have been with Cool Waters for many years. They open and close our pool every year. They come bi-weekly for cleanings as well. Thorough, hardworking, friendly staff and workers. Highly recommend them!
Great experience! They helped me with billiard table rail recovery and did a perfect job. Friendly staff and excellent service. Will definitely be using them again for my pool maintenance!
Cool Waters is the ABSOLUTE BEST place for pool/spa needs!! They have everything you need right in the store, and it is all very fairly priced!! Angie and Mike are GREAT! They are incredably knowledgeable, take thier time explaining everything to you (in my case several times...lol), and are very honest. One thing that will NOT happen here- They do NOT try to sell you things you don't need! I appreaciate that very much because this is my first year opening and caring for a pool and I was clueless!!
