They came to my house when they said they would and fixed my filter quickly. Great job
Drew, David, Angie and team were so helpful ordering and installing a new winter cover and replacing the three way valve on the filter which allowed us little to no down time during the summer and during fall closing. Thank you!! 6/2025. Drew and team replaced the control box in my pool heater after mice had built a nest and chewed up wires causing heater to not work. Very thankful for the repair and timing. Thank you!!
We were charged 329.00 to open are pool. They never put earth in the filter. Ridiculous. Not friendly either. One guy always acts pissed off.

Poor customer service in the office. The young lady is very unprofessional she is slow and acts like she doesn't want to help customers. Not a way to run a Pool supply company
