Very poor customer service in the office. The security and the manager both are very unprofessional and should not be allowed to run or operate this business. 0/10 would not recommend!
We recently had a pool installed by Cool waters and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The installation was smooth and completed on time (this after many other companies told us that we were unable to have an inground pool due to the tight space). We have been long times customers, since 2012. The owner, Drew, is extremely knowledgeable and patient and gives you his full attention when face to face. He does his best to answer all of our questions and never belittles our lack of pool knowledge. Just like all seasonal businesses, they can be backed up at times, but we’ve always received great quality workmanship when Drew and the crew are on site.
