Amazing job on our install. But more than that is there service. Everyone at the office as well as the guys who come do maintenance are the nicest you could ask for. Always willing to answer questions and explain how this stuff works. Strongly recommend this local, family run company. Their service definitely sets them apart.
I have worked construction and maintenance all my career. I usually prefer to do things myself because of what I expect on workmanship and professionalism. Our experience with CoolWater Pools has been a very exceptional experience. Tony, Kari and their crews were great to work with and met our expectations. I loved this company. We love our pool but this family is wonderful and so professional and organized.
I went in to inquire about a new install. The ladies were nice. I was supposed to get a call back after they spoke with whoever they needed to speak to about a concern we had. Never got a call back. I had to call back to check if they had found out if there was previously a pool on our property. This was after I had to go down to the courthouse myself to inquire about said pool.
