Rodger is everything you want from the service industry. He does whatever it takes to get the job done. He is obviously a very busy man, but he went above and beyond to help get a hot water heater removed and a new one installed (while having to cut through the wall), within a 24 hour notice to help a real estate closing go through. He even stayed late on a Friday night to do some touch up painting. Highly recommend!!!
Roger @ Cool Water is my go to plumber. He recently installed two water heaters for me including an 80 gallon Rheem hybrid heat pump and a 50 gallon Rheem electric. The 50 gallon was in a very difficult attic location but he persevered and found a way. Roger is extremely knowledgeable, clearly proud of his work and fair on his pricing (unlike the big companies). He takes the time needed to do the job right the first time. I highly recommend him and I often do.
