This is the second time I am using Cool-Vue to install replacement vinyl windows. I used them about two years ago and was very pleased so I contacted them again for my two rental properties. I made sure to ask for the same installer (Jimmy) because of his workmanship. I have been handling rentals for quite some time now and have used different contractors for a number of things. Very Poor Quality and Service This place will give you a fair price BUT the quality of work is beyond POOR!!! In February of 2013 I had the Bahama Shutters installed on my home in Old Metarie. This was a large expense to complete on my home but I trusted the work would be of high quality, as that's what was told to me by "Dean." Some shutters had obvious damage like they had been smashed but they still hung them anyway! They paint or rather powder coat them and it's only May of 2013 and they are already peeling!
