I went out of my way to visit this place because of a referral from a friend. I'm glad I did! The woman that helped me was very helpful and patient. They had the largest inventory of any shop I've been to. Good prices. A side note; I did wait for a few minutes but that was totally fine. The attention I was given was also given to the customers before me.
Horrible customer service. I stood there waiting for help for over 12 minutes before I left . Also, they are way over priced. Go to steel city vape shop
Tom was very polite and went out of his way to be helpful. This isn't the closest shop for me but service like that will make me drive the distance!
Probably the most professional vape store I've been too and I've been vaping for years now...
I love this place! Sooo many options and selections plus their juices are AMAZING! I highly recommend them! :)
After being to a few vape stores in Pittsburgh, I'll no longer go anywhere but cool vapes, great selection and great customer service
