RecommendedI shop mainly at the Allison Park location and I can’t say enough about the staff there they are all so helpful and just a great group of people. Tim has gone out off his way to make sure my favorite juice is available if it’s not he reaches out to the other locations to see if he can get it from the other stores. Great customer service. I am looking forward to when this location opens back up. I have picking up at the mcknight store just can’t get there as much as I would like everyone there has been super helpful also.
This by far has been the best vape shops I’ve ever stopped at. They are always stocked with items necessary, have tons of house juices as well as other brands, and are constantly updating their inventory with new Vapes. I always receive quick service when I am there, and if I am having an issue with a device, they have the knowledge to describe what is happening, why, and how to fix it. Friendly, knowledgeable, quick. Love this store. ❤️
I used to go there all the time but I will never go there again I buy a mod the thing is not even a week and a half old it shits the bed. I called them and they're telling me me they'll give me 15% off of a new mod they won't even replace it what kind of way is that the run a business
I absolutely love this store not only for the amazing house flavors but for the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable employees. Every single time I'm there, no matter who is working, I'm treated like im their favorite customer ever. never fails to make my day. All their recommendations for flavors have been top notch. Love this place.
I went to the McKnight road store this evening. The mod on my Vaporesso Tarot Baby stopped working, so I was looking for a replacement. Sadie was very helpful, took the time to understand my needs and budget, and helped me pick out a good mod for me. I thought the prices were comparable to anything I've seen online, maybe a little bit more because of taxes, but I'd have to pay shipping online, so it evens out. Plus, having someone in front of me, helping me, made it a great experience. Thank you!

This is the reason people shop online. WAAAYYYY over priced. Dude charged me $26 for 2 510 drip tips. Their 30ml of house is juice is as much as 120ml online. DONT GO HERE. EVER. Shop online instead. I’m all about supporting local business, but not this one.

I came in to buy vape coils and was asked to show my ID. I gave them my license (which is a texas ID because I’m from out of state) and the worker claimed it was fake. I showed TWO other forms of ID’s and the workers still claimed they were not real. I am 19 years old, there is no reason I would have three fake ID’s just to go into a vape shop. I will never purchase from this shop again.

I am so sorry we would not accept your ID. We have had a few people come in lately with IDs from out of state that are no real. We do our best to keep Vapes out of the hands of under 18 year old. As you know, FDA is not a huge supporter of Vapes and we want to do everything possible to stay in compliance.
