Our apartment complex recently started using Cool United Air after switching from another contractor, and I was so incredibly impressed with Emerson, who was able to figure out a complicated install/wiring problem (they did not do the install) that FIVE other contractors had been unable to fix! He was professional and thorough and kept me informed, and more importantly, he fixed it!
I have to say! What a pleasant experience dealing with cool Unite. They were a pleasure to deal with , came to my home in a very timely manner! Alex .. the tech that was here did an outstanding job! I couldn’t not be happier with the outcome. I have used cool United for years .. they will continue to be my hvac people .. great job!
