Patrick called ahead of arrival. Once on the roof, found that a capacitor was about to fail. He said with the unit being on the roof & the AZ heat, capacitors are prone to fail. We had a capacitor put on in 2022. We had paperwork that has a 10 yr. (49.95) maintenance plan. Patrick was very thorough & when we do maintenance next fall, I’ll be asking for him to do the maintenance.
Courteous efficient and committed to a job well done. We would definitely ask for him in the future for our service
Tony is great! I do believe this was his 4th time out within a few months. He does thorough work and is terrific at explaining what's going wrong with our system as a whole. However, the company itself and the units and sales service that they provide could be a lot better. I believe this was service call number 10, since their new unit install last year at our home. Very frustrating. But Tony is a fantastic tech.
