When I found my kitchen ceiling leaking after 5pm one evening last week I googled nearby HVAC. Cool Texas Air was my first and only call! Owner Kevin answered the phone (even though it was after hours) and assured me he would get someone out right away. To my surprise he called me back within 5 minutes and stated his technician was 3 minutes away. His technician arrived quickly, determined location of the leak, and resolved. The people of Cool Texas Air were very courteous and professional during installation. I was happy with their performance. I have yet to see how they respond to follow up care for repair if needed but hope it's never needed. The AC system installed appears to function well initially, I believe it’s premature to offer a definitive review. Many items perform admirably when brand new, but the true measure of quality lies in how they hold up over time.
