Very professional young man. Gave us clear understanding of what we needed and the price up front. Arael did a great job installing our new ac unit. Clean up was perfect and he was very friendly
I have used Cool Techies for a few years for yearly maintenance. Today, I called them because my thermostat was not working. Technician, Alejandro Guerra, was at my house in 30-45 minutes. Problem solved. I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
Alejandro arrived on time, fixed the issue promptly, and gave me some tips to avoid the issue. He was professional and courteous. Great communication system, and price was reasonable. Over all, great service!
