Did not show up for service call !!!!, I called and made service call, it was for $99.95for the next day from 1pm-5pm, I called around 1:23pm to ask if the tech would call when he is on his way, I was told yes, well, no show no call !!!! What a great company, not !!!!! Again, I don't know what are you responding a bout, I called about my system that both AC/ heater works at the same time!!! , look at picture. a simple apology will okay.
