Would never recommend this company to anyone. Glen doesnt seem to know what hes doing. I purchased a new heat pump system from him and had problems from the beginning. Called him out to figure out what was wrong in January - cold - no heat and he told me a part shorted and needed to be replaced. Said part was covered under warranty but I was responsible for labor. He "repaired" and still no heat. Called back charged again time and labor and again after he left no heat. This was a brand new system (\$3900) that Cooltech insta... read more

Glen has come to our aid on more than one occasion. Absolutely sterling service; often went out of his way to handle our emergency need. His work resolved for us what another HVAC vendor could not do. We appreciate him so much for that, will use him again, and recomment him HIGHLY to anyone needing a solid, honest, reliable HVAC man.
