Had them install a mini-split last June in my home. Overall the unit works fine. However, they damaged a screen on a sliding door during the install and have not fixed it. Also, the mini-split did not come with all of the filters indicated in the users manual. I spoke with Cool Sunshine about this shortly after install and I still don't have a resolution, or clear guidance on what I need to do. Very disappointed in the after sales support. In retrospect, I would have gone with another company for the mini-split.
