I am a DOULA - -patient advocate/assistant for labor and post-partum care. My background is also a Labor/Delivery nurse, post-partum nurse, sonographer, newborn nursery, lactation assistant, and currently an OB / Maternal Health Educator with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree at a local college. They never call in my pellets and this always makes me wait for 39 minutes or longer. My appointment was at 9:45 and it’s now 10:00 and I’m waiting on my pellets.
The first time I tried to get pellets here was horrendous. I tried again, and again, THE most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. Front desk staff are less than interested in their jobs or being useful. One even had her head down on the desk napping. Do NOT use this clinic. Misinformation, impossible to get a hold of. Wrong phone numbers on their website. I would not trust the quality of care here.
Business continues to ignore calls, phone lines are down, or the website is down more than not. Horrible experience overall and I would not recommend to anyone trying to seek treatment in a timely manner that needs it. DONT waste your time. Don’t walk Run away from this business.
There’s no other midwife or ob that I trust the way I trust like Lydia Van Dyke. I had a Covid baby that was born on New Year’s Day. The amount of love, support, care and just everything that came out of her.. She made me feel less alone in a time full of loneliness. My absolute favorite medical professional to ever exist. I will ALWAYS recommend her to ANYONE that will listen. Love, love, LOVE her.
