I initially was referred to CSDPC for evaluation of a shoulder injury that had recently occurred. Blake reviewed my MRI and we covered options in detail about what to do next. Blake was exactly what I was looking for when I was switching to a new primary care provider. He spent over an hour getting to know me and did a thorough job of analyzing my physical, mental and nutritional health. He truly cared about getting to know me as a patient and trying to understand the best way to optimize my health going forward. The direct primary care model is worth every penny and I would highly recommend it. He's got a new patient for life!!!
