I’m a little late writing this review. Shout out to Anne, she is an ultrasound tech at this location. I had a Transvaginal ultrasound done back in May, first one I’ve ever had and I was a nervous wreck. Anne was very kind and reassuring throughout the whole process. It was quick, but she thorough and explained everything to me as we went along. She really helped calm my nerves and it wasn’t a bad experience at all! Cool Springs is a nice Business Plaza. There are many different medical facilities including x-ray, pharmacy and Dr offices within the Plaza.
The staff was fine but it's been a week since my scan and i still have no results!!! That's unacceptable. I was told they'd changed physician groups and they had 4-5 days. I've never had it take this long before! Do they not realize people are anxious about their test results?
