Always get me right in, very courteous I have used this salon in the past but hadn't been in a while. I bought the groupon deal (which was amazing) which brought me back. I neglected to make an appointment but they managed to get me in almost immediately! I was extremely relieved since they told me they had 1,000 sold and I knew how booked they would be. They are always extremely nice and friendly and never keep me waiting. I'll continue to be a loyal customer!

Bait and switch Had Groupon set to expire 4.9.12. Called to set appointment for Tuesday the 9th so as not to interfere with the busy Easter rush. I was told there were no appointments for that day or tomorrow but that they could get me in the day after my groupon expired.They would not honor the entire groupon. Frauds Would not honor Groupon for the full value. I called ONE WEEK ahead to schedule appt and was told none available. Called back and said I wanted a reg appt (not Groupon - which she asked right off the bat) and right in. Escalated to Groupon and she would not work with them, either.
